The Power of Online Video for Small Businesses
Today, a local business not having an effective Commercial Video on YouTube is reminiscent of not having an ad in the yellow pages back in the day!!
Video results are becoming increasingly common in Google's search results. Your videos stand a much better chance than your text web pages site of being shown on the first results page. On the keywords for which Google offers video results: a video has about a 50 times better chance of appearing on the first page of results than any given text page in the index.
YouTube now has 2,600,000,000 daily visitors! YouTube has now surpassed Yahoo, AOL, Bing, etc to become the #2 search engine on the web behind Google.
There are hundreds of new articles stating just how effective videos are in helping local businesses. Here are a few, and we will post more in our next blog.

So remember, if your video is not online, your business will NOT be found.

"The Alabama Slammer" grabs Starka$h right in time for the weekend
Greetings StarlinesUSA Closers and special friends:
Please join me in congratulating Mr. Steve "The Alabama Slammer" Thomas of Atlanta GA for his Friday afternoon StarlinesUSA Happy Hour achievements.
Steve has been working the mean streets of Atlanta Georgia now for about a year. As you can imagine, there are lots of poor neighborhoods where selling anything to anybody is difficult. Steve needs to works long hard hours walking door-to-door in humid summers and cold Georgia winters to keep the STARka$h flowing. Plus, the commute traffic in Atlanta metro is brutal. It is not uncommon for Steve to drive 90 minutes to and from the area is he working.
So on Friday afternoon at 2:30PM ( almost happy hour), it would have been easy for Steve to knock-off after a sale to his doppelganger ( John E. Thomas) and drive to his home in East Atlanta...about a hour away. Instead, he walked door-to-door for another 2 hours with no results; seems like most of the owners had already tossed it in. As he began heading home, he spotted a plumbing truck. He recognized the name of business because he had walked into the plumber's shop the day before and the owner was not in. Here's where the story gets good!! Steve turned around and followed the truck back to the shop and hailed the owner down in the parking lot!! "I've only got a few minutes but I'll take a look at what you got" . Bingo! Steve closed the Starkart sale and grabbed an additional $535.00 STARka$h at 5:25PM during the peak of the StarlinesUSA Happy Hour.
Cheers to The Alabama Slammer for his happy hour success.
